The Master of Arts (Theology) program is aimed at providing continuing education in theology for graduates in full-time ministry.

Please ensure you have read the relevant information on the website before completing this application form. Please complete all the fields in this form. The form cannot be saved, so allow enough time to complete it, and have your attachments ready before you begin.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

1. Prior Study

The Moore College Bachelor of Divinity (BD) or Bachelor of Theology/Master of Theology (Coursework) (BTh/ThM); or
A bachelor's degree in theology from an approved college affiliated with the Australian University of Theology (formerly ACTh). The degree must include study of the Greek text of the New Testament at Level III, that is, study over three years amounting to approximately 200 verses of the Greek New Testament, and Theology studies at Level III; or
Possession of a qualification of an equivalent standard.

Applicants with a three-year theology degree are required to have at least one year of ministry experience before enrolling in this course.

Please list all tertiary studies which you have undertaken or are currently undertaking. Academic transcripts or proof of award of your previous degrees must accompany this application, unless the prior degree was undertaken at Moore College.

2. English Competency

Applicants whose first language is not English, or who have not completed their prior degree in theology in English, should provide a certified copy of an IELTS score of at least 7.5 in all categories of the academic test.

If applicable, attach certified copies of an IELTS score to this application.

3. References

You will be required to organise THREE personal references for this application. Download the form from this link and send it to your referees. Your referees should complete the form and email it to RegistrarDept@moore.edu.au.
